Browns Plains Hotel
Design, refurbishment and custom cabinetry
Australian Venue Co
Working with our Core Group colleagues, we delivered a comprehensive venue makeover to the Browns Plains Hotel. Our client’s directive was clear: We needed to completely transform the gaming room without disrupting venue operations.
Rising to the challenge and working with our laser-focused team, we delivered an entirely refurbished and fully functional venue within 60 hours.
The project featured custom-designed gaming machine bases, combining practicality with sleek style to further enhance the revitalised gaming space.
With flawless execution, the Core Cabinetry team delivered this turnkey project on time and under budget.
Lulu Rooftop Bar

The Core Cabinetry team was instrumental in the fit-out of the brand-new Lulu Rooftop Bar on the gorgeous Gold Coast.
Our creativity and craftsmanship brought the venue’s Miami Vice-inspired theme to life, ensuring every bespoke piece was perfectly tailored to realise the venue’s vision.
With the benefit of our in-house capabilities, we ensured the project was delivered with the highest standards of quality and timeliness to help our client achieve a swift opening for this vibrant and highly anticipated new venue.
South Bank Piazza
Design, refurbishment and custom cabinetry

Our recent transformation of key public and back-of-house areas at Brisbane’s iconic Southbank Piazza enhanced both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of this premier concert, festival and exhibition venue.
A project highlight was the complete refurbishment of the public restrooms on the ground floor. Designed for durability and ease of maintenance, we crafted spaces that will withstand heavy foot traffic while providing visitors with a modern and welcoming environment.
We also upgraded the chorus rooms, dressing rooms and back-of-house amenities, ensuring our work meets the needs of performers and staff by combining our trademark blend of style and practicality.
